Day 01 opens with the CME and a full afternoon of guest lectures. Day 02 carries the inauguration, the presidential address, the B.B. Sethi Oration and the award presentations, with free papers, posters and symposia running in Hall B. Day 03 closes with the quizzes, a symposium and the valedictory function.

All sessions are held at Hotel Omaya Garden, Raipur. Delegates presenting papers, posters or symposia are requested to report to their hall fifteen minutes before the start of their session.
