Note — All rates are inclusive of 18% GST. CPS / IPS members above 65 years of age are eligible for complimentary registration, but must register on or before 31st July 2026 (not valid for On-Spot).
Payment Details
Pay by UPI,
or bank transfer.
Payments are received online only — by UPI, IMPS, NEFT or RTGS to the bank account of the Chhattisgarh Psychiatric Society. Quote your transaction reference in the registration form.

Note your UTR
Save the Transaction ID / Payment ID / UTR Number from your payment confirmation — you will need it in the form.
Complete the Form
Fill in the official Google registration form with your details, payment reference and category. You'll receive a confirmation by email.
